Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy
Returns and Refunds
Goods sold are not returnable or refundable. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
Warranty
Electronic items: 6-month repair warranty (void if damaged by cockroach infestation or misuse)
-TVs: 1-year repair warranty (excluding LCD screens and remotes)
- Exclusions: Gel batteries, items under R80, hand mixers, and ear pods (due to hygiene reasons)
-TV Box: No warranty on app download issues.
Installation Sound and Amps
- Sound and amp systems must be installed by a registered company to maintain warranty validity.
Exceptions
7-day return policy applies if items are in original condition with a receipt.
Misuse
Warranty is void if damage is caused by negligence or misuse.
Smart Devices
Not Google certified.

Terms and Conditions on Vape Products
1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
J&T Essa Traders operates in the vape industry and distributes and sells vape-related products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories.
2. Sale to Minors
J&T Essa Traders strictly prohibits the sale of any vaping products, e-liquids, or related accessories to persons under the age of 18. By using this website and purchasing our products, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage of the transaction process and to cancel any orders that we reasonably believe have been placed by or on behalf of a minor.
3. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 7 days. Delivery confirmation and tracking information will be provided via email.
4. Export restriction
The products and services offered on this website are available to South African clients only.
5. Return and Refunds policy
⚠ No returns or refunds are permitted on e-liquids or vapes, for hygiene and safety reasons.
6. Customer privacy policy
J&T Essa Traders shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

7. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard cards.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by J&T Essa Traders separately from card details. Card details are entered by the client on the secure payment gateway.
9. Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.
Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
J&T Essa Traders takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods, customer service, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa.
J&T Essa Traders chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement:

12. Variation
